President’s Message

To Our Parents

Thank you for all the continuous motivation and support you have given us over the years. Thank you for instilling the many aspects of our culture in us from a young age. Our culture not only guides us, but it gives us a sense of self and pride. What we learned from you will allow us to do great things as we begin to branch out into the real world. You have raised us to be strong, courageous, compassionate, and God fearing children and for that, we are forever grateful. Thank you and God Bless!

To the Anioma Association Adult Members:

Thank you for standing by us as we continue to establish the Anioma Youth and Young Adults Forum. By passing the torch of the Anioma Association on to us, you have given us the great responsibility of keeping this organization and movement alive. We are the next generation who will strive to make a difference in the lives of many back home. We ask that you continue to have faith in our mission and support us in any way possible. Thank you and God Bless!

To Our Youth and Young Adult Members:

It is now our time to pave the way for Anioma. Let us come together to work hard so that we can one day look back and be mesmerized by the amount of progress we have made. Let us bring pride to our people and the nation of Nigeria as a whole. Together, we can be the change.

The President’s Message:

I am truly honored to have been given the opportunity to be the President of the Anioma Youth and Young Adults Forum for the 2016 – 2018 term. The previous leader of this Forum, Isioma Emordi, did a great job bringing youth from across the country together during her reign. Her commitment and hard work will never be forgotten and I commend her for all she has done and will continue to do. I would also like to give great thanks to Dr. Veronica Ufoegbune, and my parents Joseph and Amina Onyejose, whose relentless efforts contributed to the overall growth of this Forum. Without their support, this Forum would not be where it is today. With only 10 months to our next election, I hope to achieve the following:

  • Continue to lead the Anioma Youth in an upward direction
  • Make history for a second time and have a record number of Youths attend the Anioma Association 2018 Convention in Chicago, IL
  • Be able to make a contribution to help those in Anioma back home
  • Increase the number of Anioma Youth and Young Adults Forum Members

With the help of my fellow officers, and the Grace of God Almighty, all these goals can come to pass. We hope you join us in our quest for success!

Anwuli Onyejose
National Anioma Youth and Young Adults Forum President
